Relax on beautiful little sodus bay in this cute cozy cottage with everything you need. One main bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. Upstairs is one small bedroom with a twin bed and one bonus room which can be used as an office, play room, or an additional bedroom as it has a futon and a desk! There is an outdoor table, chairs and grill for alfresco dining as well as a small table and chairs inside. Fair haven has great restaurants and bars to explore as well!

Great location! Very comfortable bed! Great to have the deck and the dock at your feet at the foot of the bay.

Our stay was wonderful. Cottage is charming, it was as described. Deck looking over the bay is fantastic. We spent most of our time out on deck. Sunsets were spectacular. Will recommend to family and friends. Will also plan to stay again. Thanks Lauren

Fair Haven is an adorable resort town on Lake Ontario! We have plenty of bars and restaurants, many within walking distance of this cottage. The small town park has a beautiful view of the bay a with a great playground for kids. There is also a beautiful vineyard, Colloca Estate Winery, on the other side of the bay as well as an organic vegetable farm, Chestnut Creek Farm, where you can get local produce.
