Relax with the whole family at this lakefront cottage! This 3 bedroom cottage has plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together in and out of the water. There is a permanent dock for all your swimming, fishing and boating needs. The house has some floats for the water, 2 kayaks, fishing poles and equipment & snorkeling gear for you to use. This 3 bedroom cottage is right on Little Sodus Bay. It has a permanent dock, kayaks and an area to swim. It has a big kitchen, porch and patio perfect for eating and enjoying some time by the lake.

房子除了旧，小昆虫比较多外 基本没有 啥问题，整体来说是满意的。
What a beautiful and peaceful area. The house itself was nice and clean, and had adequate space for everyone. The amenities were plentiful. We loved everything about our stay!
Great place to stay on the bay. Cozy and comfortable. Would stay again. Kathleen and Andy were accommodating and friendly hosts.

Fair Haven State Park is 10 minutes away with a white sand beach, playgrounds, picnic spots and hiking trails. In town, you will find a grocery store, gas station, liquor store, an ice cream shop and a bakery. Colloca Winery is about a mile away from the house. They often have live bands and a great outdoor dining area. There are also several local farms for fresh produce nearby.
Park on the lawn near the house. Plenty of space for a few cars.
