This place is ideal. A little sitting room/office, a large closet in the bedroom, lots of space in the bathroom, and access to a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette. The layout is super convenient to access my car...which had a spot in the garage! Bed is super comfortable and and curtains darken the room, even for a nap! Kathy was super helpful, kind and generous. I'm glad I have a new friend!

Where to start. My stay was great. The suite was clean, roomy, comfortable, and accommodating; and as important, Kathy was a great host. I'd rank her among the top. She's flexibly there for her guests with helpful suggestions or advice if/as/when needed, while not at all being intrusive or disturbing. She could write a book about AirBnB hospitality. My advice to future guests ... look forward to it.

Kathy was an exceptional host, making me feel at home with a short tour at the beginning of the stay and accommodations that showcased her commitment to guest comfort. Her quick responses and dedication were evident, ensuring a clean and welcoming space. Her proactive approach, specially tailored for a student like me, was remarkable, guaranteeing that every detail met my needs. The space, true to the photographs, was accurate and meticulously maintained. Kathy's swift and thoughtful communication further underscored her commitment to guest satisfaction. Her genuine concern and effort have created a truly homelike and nurturing environment. I would highly recommend this location for its outstanding hospitality and care!

Staying at Kathy's was so peaceful, quiet, beautiful and so much more. I appreciated the helpfulness of the host and family. They always gave me my space and always said "hello" or "welcome back" if I passed by them walking to my suite. The 4 room suite was spacious, clean and had everything that I needed. I highly recommend staying here.

I'm not sure there could be a better host than Kathy! She came out to meet me with a smile & genuinely warm welcome which put me completely at ease! She assisted me unloading my luggage & even patiently guided my parking. The suite Kathy offers is a must see! It's nice in the pictures but even better in person! Kathy was SO kind, she truly cares for the comfort & needs her guests may encounter! She has anticipated any needs in advance & provided EVERYTHING possible already in place in a beautifully decorated, highly functional, organized, impeccably clean space! Kathy went above & beyond to insure my comfort. I truly didn't have a single worry which allowed me some of the best rest I've had in years! You're in great hands at Kathy's!! I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars!!!
