Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening. The property has one main lounge which you enter into. This room contains the couch/futon which folds out into a small double. If you want this bed made up with bedding please book for 3 people even if only 2 guests to account for the extra bedding. The kitchenette and small dining table and the TV / shelving with kids books. The second room is the bedroom with a queen bed in it. There is also a separate bathroom with shower , toilet etc

We had a great stay at Eleanor’s house. It was super clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a stag overnight in Auckland. We were especially pleased it was dog friendly :)
Little amenities, no milk so bring some, very lean setup, clean and huge lounge that was the 2nd bed room when I booked 2 people two beds with AirBnB. Must be a glitch as the owner ask me to pay more when I reminded a 2nd bed.
What a great place to stay! Eleanor's house was very clean, tidy and modern. I slept very well in the big comfy bed. Easy to find and super quiet. Value for money.
A great place to stay. I had my little dog with me on the second visit. which really made my life and travel plans much easier! A very nice space and respectful hosts.

About 1 min up the road is the owairaka shops with a great cafe L’oeuf and Asian fusion and Mexican restaurants Sandringham is a 10 -15 min walk away and home to all the best curry houses in Auckland!
Eden park is a short bus ride away
