“Holiday Apartment Artemide” is a small holiday house renovated in a modern style. It is located on the second floor, it has an inner space of about 40 square meters and is divided into three areas: "living room - dining room - kitchen" in one room, double bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Outside the holiday house, you can enjoy a wonderful terrace of around 50 m2 with a sea view, it is partly covered by a large wooden roof for relaxation during the hot summer days. “Holiday Apartment Artemide” is a small holiday house renovated recently in a modern style. It is located on the second floor and top floor of a small single building, it has an inner space of about 40 square meters and is divided into three areas: "living room - dining room - kitchen" in one room, double bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Outside the holiday house, you can enjoy a wonderful terrace of around 50 m2 with a sea view, it is partly covered by a large wooden roof for relaxation during the hot summer days. The terrace is equipped with comfortable deck chairs, a sofa, and a table with chairs for open-air lunch and/or dinner. There is also a barbecue available, and in a corner of the terrace, there are a washing machine and a sink. The house is perfect for hosting two or three people because it has a single sofa bed in the living room.

Alessandro was an amazing host, helping out promptly whenever (seldom) needed. The place is as decribed and the balcony is definitely a big plus. Allows for sunbathing as good as what you would get on the beach. The location is amazing, specially being on the non-crowded side of town and still extremely close to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. A microwave for reheating food (quite frequently used on a vacation) is the only thing that would've added to our comfort (we knew it wasn't going to be there). The only negative for the place, if nitpicking, would be the shower being a tad bit smaller than needed for a comfortable bath. Overall, one of my top places in all of my stays anywhere and perfect for long stays. I would definitely come back again happily.

Wir waren 3 Tage in der Wohnung von Alessando. Alles hat gepasst. Die Terrasse ist der Hammer! Ein Frühstück oder auf ein Abendessen ist hier sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro war unkompliziert und schnell.
A great apartment in a lovely location just a few minutes walk from the sea. The kitchen has pots and pans and utensils, and a gas hob. The bed was really comfortable. I love how dark you can make the apartment by closing all the shutters - I slept really well here. The water pressure in the shower was great, nice and strong. The standout of the apartment is the huge terrace. It’s beautiful out there. I would definitely stay here again.

LOCATION: Holiday house Artemide has an excellent location! It is located just 300m from the sea and 600m from the central square, the renowned Piazza Duca Degli Abruzzi. The New Tourist Port is 150 meters away. Less than a hundred meters away there is a bar for your breakfast while the tourist port is about 150 meters away, full of restaurants and bars, a drugstore, a tobacco shop, and small shops of all kinds.
The cycle path that begins near the tourist port, is one of the most beautiful on the coast, as it runs along the seaside and extends for about 2.50km in a westerly direction. The nearest sandy beach is 300 meters away and it is free to use. At the ” Lido Aola”, which is on the same beach, it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas as well as enjoy lunch and dinner by the sea.

In less than half an hour by car from Marina di Ragusa, it is possible to discover fantastic baroque cities such as Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, and Modica, as well as small villages such as Ispica, Pozzallo, and Chiaramonte Gulfi. Outside the small province of Ragusa, Syracuse and Noto are worthy to be seen, they are about 80 km away. Agrigento, on the other hand, can be reached in two hours by car.
