Each bedroom has a closet, dresser, 35" SmartTV's and wonderful mattresses. The kitchen area has a monster island for gathering and cooking meals, and the kitchen is well equipped to for cooking (I used to be a chef!). The family and dining area is wide open and spacious allowing for the whole family to cook, eat and relax together. The family room has a huge leather sectional sofa with three recliners. We have plenty of games and books to keep the family entertained or watch some tv on the 65" SmartTV. Frontier FIOS Wifi throughout with extenders, so everyone can stay connected (or I can shut it down if that is better, lol). The real treat is the pool grotto! The backyard is a tropical oasis of beautiful plants and foliage that surround a black bottom swimming pool with wading area for kids, waterfalls and 5' is the deepest it gets. Six person patio table for meals or seating area with smartTV add to the pool vibe! Walk outside the screen door and you have a wonderful relaxing seating area complete with a firepit and Adirondack chairs to have that evening libation, enjoy a cigar or just watch the stars and sunsets. There is even a lovely wood swing to relax on as well. All this and you are within walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and shopping galore. Downtown Lakeland is only three miles away and offers tons of events, entertainment venues, and more dining and shopping. Lakeside Village is one mile to the west with more shopping movie theaters and restaurants. Lakeland Linder Airport is a quick 10 minute drive.
