Edward was a great host. We were there to present at Sun 'n' Fun and he accepted packages for us prior to our stay. When we had some plumbing issues, he came over right away to repair them. When we wanted to swap some larger beds for twin beds, he was right on it. The house was well stocked and matched the description very well. All in all, it was a great place for us to stay and Edward was an excellent host.

As a party of 15, we had an amazing stay! The accommodations fit us perfectly for how big of a party we were. Would highly recommend.

I struggled to review this stay. Lots of good and some not so good. Good: Host was SUPER responsive. We were missing some things and even though host was out of town he made sure both were delivered to the door same day Space was perfect for us. We came to town for a family reunion and myself, husband and four kids stayed at the main house, SIL and BIL in smaller unit, and MIL in other. We all had our own space but could still gather easily Fair: House was nice enough. Definitely a flip but as long as you don’t look too closely everything is good No cleaning list. Bad: The group before us apparently trashed the place. We were running late for check in which worked out because the cleaners were late finishing from them and we would not have been able to get into the house at the original time. They still missed a lot, floors were still covered in dust and hair, main shower wasn’t cleaned well, stains on stove, etc. Not the hosts fault but gross nonetheless

Edward was responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions about the property before, during, and after our stay. This property was perfect for our family and it was also easy to move between home to home. I highly suggest this property to any larger families looking to have enough space of their own without the distance from each other!

The house was great with plenty of space and privacy for the number of guests. We enjoyed our stay and getting to walk to the local coffee shop right around the corner.
