We are a 10 minute drive from Ballina and the beaches, 15 minutes from Lennox Head and 25 minutes from Byron Bay. We are easy to get to off the M1 Motorway and are a 10 minute drive from the Airport. *Please note that while it is often very quiet here, construction in the street behind us does create noise at times, beginning at 7am. This is mostly during weekdays, with evenings and weekends mostly quiet, and unfortunately is not possible to fully predict. The price is currently reduced due to this* This Cumbalum Oasis is a self contained apartment with its own entrance on the ground level under the main house, where we, your hosts, live. A light breakfast of muesli, toast, butter and spreads, tea, coffee and milk, as well as some snacks, are provided so you do not have to shop for these things prior to arrival. *Please note, we cannot cater to individual dietary needs.* We also provide extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. An outdoor BBQ is available in the spa area for your exclusive use. The apartment has a good size bedroom with built in wardrobe, its own bathroom, a combined lounge/kitchenette, outdoor patio area and 5 person outdoor hot tub in the yard beside the apartment. The lounge/kitchenette area is not large, yet is very comfortable with everything you need and, in good weather, you have the added outdoor area with beautiful hinterland views to enjoy...the perfect place for relaxed al fresco dining!
