Fantastic house with unique views of the bay of Roses, Trinitat castle. The house has a living room with large openings, several terraces with different areas (for dining, relaxation area, sun lounger area), fully equipped kitchen with island, 3 en-suite bedrooms, garage and private pool. It has everything you need: air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, quality beds. Roses - Puig Rom: Holiday house with spectacular sea views located in the area of Puig Rom in Roses. The house is located in a very quiet area. - rental planned for 6 persons - living room, dining room, 3 double bedrooms ensuite (2 double beds of 160 cm, 2 individual beds of 90 cm) - 3 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 WC - smart TV - free wifi (service outside our company) - reversible air conditioning - american kitchen: microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron etc - heating - several terraces with wonderful sea views - BBQ area - private and heated pool with automatic PH and salted water - garage Rosas is less known than Barcelona but it is a popular destination in Catalonia. You can visit in Rosas: - Rosas beach which is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Brava. - Canyelles Petites beach with fine golden sand or Cala Rostella and Platja Cala Murtra which are two beautiful beaches near Rosas - The Rosas water park: Aquabrava - You can also visit the massive fortress of Roses, La Ciudadela, which is one of the most known and visited monuments of the Costa Brava. - The Natural Park of the Aiguamolls de l'Emporda - Go to the Cap de Creus natural park. - A few km from Rosas, Cap de Creus is the easternmost point of the Pyrenees massif. - 30 km around Rosas, you can visit the Megalitic Park of Roses which is an archaeological park.

La maison est formidable, la vue époustouflante et l’emplacement permet l’accès facile aux belles randonnées et magnifiques plages. Merci à Karina et Hamid pour l’accueil très sympathique et professionnel.
Le bon : Maison agréable , calme, trés belle vue , pas de vis à vis , télévision avec chaines française, propreté de la maison rien à dire .. Le moins bon: accès maison beaucoup d'escaliers assez dru ( ne convient pas à des personnes avec un handicap , ou enfant de bas âge ) - Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisson ( poêle a revoir mauvais état usure excessive) - Chambre parentale rideau ne ferme pas complétement ( trop de clarté le matin ) - Odeur de canalisation ( désagréable) - Douche du haut ( manque porte savon dans la douche + poubelle , balais nettoyage WC cassé ) - Barbecue extérieur ( pas top en propreté , à revoir ) - Attention sécurité extérieur ( escaliers ) Nous avons régler 59 € concernant les draps et serviettes , nous avons signalé au propriétaire que c'etait une erreur de notre parts , nous avions nos propres serviettes et draps .. IL nous à confirmer que nous serions rembourser , toujours rien a ce jours .. Autrement des personnes trés sympathiques .. Cdlt
Our stay at this house in Roses was amazing. The view already looks great in pictures, but is still surprisingly breathtaking at arrival. The sea view is simply stunning both from inside the house and on the terraces. Everything was clean and modern, AC and other appliances worked well. The kitchen is well equipped and the freezer even produces ice. You can cook while enjoying a view of the pool and sea. It was perfect for three couples with the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One of the bedroom bathrooms does not have a door, but right outside that room there is a toilet, which was great. We highly recommend this place.
Nous avons été ravis de notre passage à Roses dans cette magnifique maison… Une vue mer, port, ville… à couper le souffle sur plus de 260 degrés sur la baie de Roses Une maison à taille humaine, très conviviale, parfaite pour les 6 que nous étions. Un accueil, une disponibilité et gentillesse de l’agence (propriétaire de la maison). En bref parfait Merci Le seul bémol : l’accessibilité de la ville, pas loin mais difficile à pieds vu les virages etc… prévoir des petits déplacements en voiture ou compter sur les taxis nombreux et pas chers C’est le prix à payer pour avoir cette vue imprenable sur la baie de Roses
