Tom and Hannah were extremely responsive to our emails before and during our stay. With three ensuites, their place is perfect for three people (such as us) or even three couples. It is modern, has lovely furnishings, and clean. You can even do laundry (I think)! We didn't but that's a nice touch. There are games and nice kitchen essentials. We mostly walked to and fro and when we wanted to venture out, it was easy to get an Uber or Lyft. One could easily emjoy their trip and not need to leave the neighborhood but it was our first time there. We soooooooo enjoyed evening cocktails and people watching on the front porch. The area is COMPLETELY safe. Thank you Tom and Hannah!

Conveniently located. Rooms were tightly packed with furniture n not much room to move around.

Private Porch exceeded our expectations. The place is adorable and was very well equipped for all our needs. Very clean and private. Location is great and very walkable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. We were a party of six adults and fit very comfortably. Tom and Hannah gave us lots of great tips that helped make our stay and time in Charleston amazing.

We would definitely stay here again. The location is close to coffee shops, dash tram,restaurants, and boutique shops. We felt safe and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the people and dogs walk by. Super nice having a private bathroom in each bedroom . The beds were very comfortable . The ring shower head was a big hit for all
