A stylish, comod and luxury room with balcony. The room is recently invested, with modern furniture and interior design. The bathroom is spacious and well decorated. The room is in the first floor, with access in the tarrace, when you can see the sea. The room is suitable for a couple, but if you have a child or another guest, there is a sofa that can be adapted also as a single bed. Perfect location, 100m from the center, 70 m far from the beach, and only 600m from the only public beach. The property is building recently (2022). In your floor there are also three other rooms. All rooms has access to the terrace, with a beautiful sea sunset.

Amazing stay here! Location is super central and the apartment is everything you need to explore Ksamil. Anxhela was super friendly and helpful with some really good local tips.

We had a great stay in Ksamil-Anxhela’s apartment was in a prime location. She have many recommendations-I think we did them all! Highly recommend :)

This was an incredible find!! STAY HERE Very clean, organized and convenient. Located extremely close to the main restaurants, beaches and clubs. Anxhela is an amazing host. Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place anytime. 10/10

You can easily walk in almost all the city of Ksamil by foot or for outside of the town you( going to Saranda or Butrint National Park) you can take the bus. The bus station is only 200 m far from the house.
