We loved this little condo! Two king sized beds was a major plus. The balcony’s were an added bonus. It was spacious and clean. My only advice is the beach entrance required A-LOT of stairs, so come prepared for a little workout before you get in the ocean. Also this area on inlet beach is known for having black flies. We experienced them 2 days out of our visit. I would bring apple cider vinegar, cactus juice, or deet just in case. But overall it could not have been more perfect.

Couple gripes: the beach is a bit longer of a hike than it seemed. Quite a few small things in disrepair at the stay. We truly thought one of the mattresses was a box spring, but thankfully they brought a memory foam topper which helped ~75%. Oversea is a private company, and even though you can book via Airbnb, they make you log in to their website, etc.—kind of a pain. We had a good time, though it was just an okay value for what we paid; it felt like it ought to have been a few hundred less.

Great place! Lovely views of the sunrise in the morning on the deck and a lovely way to end the day with the sunset view as well. We will be back!

Oversee had excellent communication during business hours. We had an issue checking in after hours, and the person on call made us feel the entire time that we were in the wrong location when, in fact, there was an issue with the lock, and we were not able to get in that night. We were there after midnight until I checked oversee’s website and found out that there was another unit two doors down available. I suggested they let us in that night so we could sleep and figure this out in the morning. They did. The whole situation could’ve been handled much better with kindness and better customer service. During business hours, the customer service was completely different. The representative apologized, followed through, and discounted us that night.

I really liked the location of the house. This kind of love at first sight. The house is already old, but everything is very clean, and there is everything you need for convenience.
