Lovely place with tons of space.

We stayed at this cabin late august for a summer Tahoe getaway. The host replied promptly to any concerns within an hour as promised. Check in process was simple with clear instructions. The cabins interior was clean and looked very nice as if newly remodeled. Plenty of great entertainment with a poker table, foosball table, pool table, television, and other games. Outdoor activities and great food can be found within a 30 minute drive. Some places we enjoyed were kings beach and Tahoe city. The cabin does not have air conditioning, as others have stated, but with the fans provided it was not an issue.

The property was VERY nice - spacious, well kept, clean, and had most everything we we could have wanted. It allowed a group of 15 family members plenty of room to hang out, cook, eat, and play games together while also providing space to get away to be by yourself for a bit. Very relaxing neighborhood with beautiful forest surrounding the property. The reason for the 3 stars (thought about only giving 2 stars) was solely due to the lack of A/C. The days we were at the property was fairly warm - mid to upper 80's. The main living area and bedrooms would heat up to temperatures that were very uncomfortable to hang out in, or worst yet, try to sleep in. There were ceiling fans in some rooms and plenty of freestanding fans were provided, but they weren't nearly enough. For the price per night, not having a way to control the temperature seems like a big oversight. We wouldn't book this house again in its current setup. If a better way to cool the house was installed then it's 5 stars!

Great, very spacious home. Plenty of room for our group of 15. Since we booked, I think they lowered the maximum capacity to 12, which is more suitable for the items in the house (ie kitchenware, utensils, towels, etc), but if they increased these items, it is very comfortable for large groups. FYI there is no AC, despite the thermostat, but the host was very helpful and brought us extra fans. Any issues we had, the host was easy to contact, and very attentive. We had a great stay!

The house was very clean and as described with all the amenities. It felt like home! Our group had a wonderful stay.
