This exquisite property is located on a quiet, leafy street with lots of beautiful architecture. It's grand entrance leads you up into a huge open-plan living area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and large windows with views down into the beautiful private communal gardens. As well as the second living room, there are four very well sized bedrooms. The furnished roof-top terrace caters for sunbathing, dining, cold drinks, or simply for enjoying the 360 degree, unrivalled London skyline. This duplex is set over the second floor and third floors. As you walk through the front door you'll be greeted with a large open plan living/ dining and kitchen area. There are grand windows over looking over tranquil Philbeach Gardens, perfect to contribute to a relaxing stay. The living area consists of an L shaped sofa with a large Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats 8 to 10 people. The kitchen is fully functioning for those day when you prefer to cook at home. There is a second lounge/snug which contains a sofa bed an a TV, which is a perfect area to avoid disagreements on which program to watch! There is a bathroom on this floor which has a shower. You'll then find the staircase going up to the bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom which has impressive views out onto Philbeach Gardens. This room has extensive storage and a large super king bed, it also has private access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom number two has a kingsize four poster bed and wardrobe. Bedroom three contains a double bed and has a rail for handing clothes. Bedroom four is predominantly an office but contains a double sofa bed **If you require this bed to be made up, please ask before arrival so that I can order linen** The second bathroom has a bath/shower and a toilet with a toilet shower. The final staircase leads to the roof terrace - a spectacular and rare space in London! You will find 360 degree panoramic views, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset over this beautiful. There is seating for 10 and has 2 sun loungers - perfect for those hot summer days.
Highly Recommend! Property was brilliant, fantastic location steps to the tube station, clean and modern, extremely comfortable beds, glorious rooftop, big kitchen, entirely wonderful stay. All this made so much better by a lovely host - Emily was responsive and available to answer calls and questions within minutes of texting.
Spacious, clean unit in good location near subway stop and restaurants. Very responsive host. Important to know there are about 40 - 50 stairs to the front door (no elevator) and then another bunch to the bedrooms once in the unit. Not ideal for big/heavy luggage etc.
This place was a great stay. Very clean, modern looking. Prime location. All around loved it. Will stay again.
By London standards, this third floor flat is HUGE. it is 4 bedrooms, plus two living spaces and a roof deck. We were traveling with 3 teens so it was perfect! It is looking a little worn in places but they were very responsive when we asked them to fix a broken panel and an electrical issue. The flat is very close to the tube too and there are loads of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Had a great stay at this fabulous home! The neighborhood is charming and the view of the park is beautiful. Enjoyed the rooftop deck! Plenty of seating and sleeping space for 6 adults. The kitchen was well appointed with room to move around. Two bathrooms and on-site laundry was a definite plus! Host was fantastic, especially accommodating with our last minute reservation. Would definitely book again!
The entrance to this beautiful property is situated on a quiet leafy road, not far the from the beautiful Saint Cuthbert’s church. The rear of the property looks out onto the impressive Philbeach gardens with huge tress and many species of birds.
The local high street is Earl’s Court road, which is less than ten minutes walk, it contains all of the shops and amenities you would need, including a Marks & Spencer’s food hall. Also within five minutes walk of the property is a large Tesco.
Other notable areas and places of interest close to this property include: Cromwell Hospital, Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, The Royal Albert Hall, Portobello Road market, The Natural History Museum.
Ideally located for access to and from all prominent places and amenities in London, due to its very close proximity to Earls Court tube. It is also close to all major bus routes. In the car it is only 20 minutes drive to Mayfair, and 15 to Knightsbridge. High Street Kensington and all it’s shops and restaurants is less than five minutes drive away.
