Enjoy your stay at this older yet beautifully updated small bungalow built in the 1940s. Located in a quiet, working class Portsmouth neighborhood, the home is tucked away but still centrally located less than 30 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, a few blocks away from the Rivers Portsmouth Casino, Shopping and Restaurants in Downtown Portsmouth and Chesapeake Square, I-664 and the Western Freeway. Both rooms in the home feature full size beds for your comfort. A lot of charms and quirks to be found in and around this old house! Upon entering the home, in the living room you will have access to the following, a 50 inch tv with Roku streaming device, a chaise sectional sofa, a full length floor mirror and a small acrylic coffee table. Moving on to the kitchen and dining areas, where you will find a small dining table with benches, a full size refrigerator with filtered water and ice, an electric stove with an overhead built in microwave and a full size dishwasher. Out back, there is a spacious yard with a grill, fire-pit and full size uncovered trampoline. Additionally, with it being an older house, you can expect a little wear and tear. The bathtub has been reglazed a number of times, and as such the porcelain is no longer perfect. There are a few uneven, rough spots on the floor throughout the home. The house is in a wooded area and near a few bodies of water. We are doing our part to prevent the presence of insects in the home. We ask that you do the same by cleaning up after yourself and taking out any trash to the bin behind the parking pad before you check out.
