Loved our stay - beautifully appointed home with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation visiting family. So glad we found the Zen House and plan to return again. Ronnie and his team were wonderful to work with!

The address of the property was different than the one that was listed in the booking. Not a big deal, but caused some initial confusion. The house it self is very nice, well designed, full of amenities, and very peaceful overall. However there were some small issues. The front of the house has a large glass window open to the dining/living area and kitchen, which looks great, but there is no curtain, so there is no privacy in the house as people from the street can see in. The house is also very tech forward with automatic lights on a schedule, but that wasn't clear from the instructions so it was frustrating trying to figure out how to navigate it all at first, but Ronnie was super responsive and helpful in sharing information. Last issue was that I feel like the water never got hot, both the shower and sinks would get lukewarm, but not hot. Ronnie came and said he increased the temperature, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Overall, AWESOME house, just some small kinks.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday at the Zen House and it was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, responsive host, and overall a great experience. Will most definitely stay again in the near future. And just a tip, make sure to request the pool heated in advance if staying during cool weather. Will make the experience even more pleasurable.
