This was the worst rental we've been in and is not worth the price we paid. Had to message and call multiple times to ask for check-in instructions and it was about an hour before check-in time when we finally got it. They have an international number that they never pickup so no help there. As soon as we go in it smelled stale/unclean, sticky floors, used towels left behind, mop bucket with old water in it, outside door for the garage looked kicked in and was being held up with alot of random stuff. Since, they don't like answering their phone and we were staying only one more day we just bought our own cleaning supplies, mopped the floor and disenfected. To make everyone feel safe we pushed the door into place and got it to lock. We killed 4 roaches in the house which drove my wife nuts. No basic utensils for cooking. Pool table broken and missing a ball and rack. Pool was dirty. Only 4 towels for 9 guests and the bath tub did not drain properly so it filled up everytime we showered
