Had a lovely weekend. We were down for Springsteen so all we really needed was a bed for the nights but Lesley’s place goes way beyond that! Absolutely gorgeous setting and stunning views. Immaculate place with everything you could possibly need for a break.

The location was lovely and great to be able to walk to the gig we had come to see at Acapela studios. Lesley was a great host - very calm and reassuring when the water went off and fully prepared with a back up plan for us which in the event wasn’t needed. We would fully recommend a stay here. Just a short distance to Cardiff on the local train, great views and very relaxing

Stunning apartment with unbelievable views all around. The stone steps and twinkly lights up to the mountain lodge was magical (beware if you struggle with steps), and the massive lush garden was perfect for our dog. The apartment was well equipped and if you need anything just give Lesley a shout. Lesley is a friendly and accommodating host who we enjoyed spending time with, and we cant wait to stay again. My wife worked from home everyday and couldn’t get enough of the views and the walks in every direction. The Garth mountain and the village of Pentyrch is just beautiful and everyone was so lovely. Close proximity to Newport, Cardiff and Brecon. BEAUTIFUL! 10/10 we were gutted to come home.

Amazing location and views. Great spacious place to stay, full kitchen, WiFi is good, and nice bathroom. The outdoor areas are lovely and great for the dogs to safely run around. Some great walks nearby. Will come back.

What a lovely hideaway! Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere yet only 15 minute drive to Cardiff. I’m sure the view is spectacular (when there’s no fog!) - we will be back again to check it out!
