The view and resort itself was gorgeous. Toney and his employees were very welcoming and friendly. However, our accommodations weren’t exactly what we were expecting. I had questioned about the bugs in the rooms prior to booking and was told the issue had been resolved (this is important due to severe allergies). A lot of the bugs died quickly after getting inside, but there was no broom or way to clean up the dead bugs inside the house. There was not a single mirror in our accommodations which made it very difficult for things like putting in contacts. There was also no water available aside from the initial 4 small water bottles. You had to pay for additional water which is not something i have come across in all of my travels in countries where you don’t drink the tap water. The restaurant left something to be desired the first night, but the second night we were impressed. Overall not a bad experience, just not what we expected from the listing.

Toney, Vanessa and the entire team were friendly and helpful. The setting and the surrounding view were incredible. Waking up to enjoy the view through the wall of windows was amazing. The individual cabanas were very spacious. The restaurant meals were very good and again you couldn't beat the view.

**Check-in (4/5)**: The check-in process was smooth, and Toney's staff was ready to greet us. Clear communication in advance helped us find the property easily. **Accommodation (2/5)**: The property had its issues. While it didn't match the description entirely, we encountered some concerns. The landscaping around the rooms needed attention, resulting in various insects and bugs both inside and outside the rooms. One room even had a wasp nest, which was particularly worrisome due to allergies. Two rooms lacked locking doors, a significant safety concern. Additionally, some rooms faced issues like no power and no hot water. Open roofs allowed critters to enter, and mold was found in one of the beds. **Overall Experience (3/5)**: Our stay at Toney's property was a mixed experience. The beautiful location and the host's efforts to assist were appreciated, but the accommodation's issues and the price point left room for improvement
