I hate to leave a negative review, but there were a few issues. We arrived on a Saturday night which meant that the block was very busy with traffic and there was nowhere to park. I dropped my girlfriend off to negotiate with the guy who was working on parking. I circled the block several times and then he came with us to the parking location a few blocks away. We had to worry about the car because there were issues with the parking location being too crowded overnight. I will say that the guy working was great. He did everything he could to help (including literally running around) to try to get the hot water fixed. We ended up having to take cold showers so we would have time to eat before the restaurant closed. They did eventually get this fixed, but the owner was not available when I messaged her. I received a message from the owner later in the evening that said she would give the refund I asked for if we left immediately. At that point we decided to just stay. Charged $114.12!

Clean. Comfy. Amenities as described. GREAT LOCATION! More people should stay and explore Esteli. Mario, the night concierge, is a beautiful person and will help you find what you are looking for. Luisa, that day concierge, is sweet and so polite. Lovely person. Recommend and would definitely return. Enjoy!!!!
