The property is very homely and beautiful....The villa gives you a serene feeling,very neat and clean...The food is very delicious. Super food, super hospitality and the owner is very friendly..... beautiful homestay for family outing and location is very beautiful.. I give 5 stars for everything

I had a fantastic experience at this airbnb party! The stay was excellent, with comfortable accommodations and a peaceful atmosphere that made the party even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. It's definitely one of the best party places I've been to, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and fun.

Pros: 1) Property in reality looks like the images 2) Lots of space for sitting/partying outside and inside (Terrace, lounge, Garden, pool) 3) Jacuzzi, swimming pool were functional 4) Inside Car parking for two sedans 5) The owner is nice and easy to communicate with. Cons: 1) The property has a cook/caretaker who is in charge of food and maintenance. It seemed like the Food & Beverage is the cook's business (not the owner's). 2) He charges exorbitantly for anything you ask him to cook (also, increases the quantity in billing purposely), even mineral water was above MRP, (P.S. they don't have a F&B GST number). 3) If you bring in your own food, the cook gets irate as his profit is shrinking. He will not let you cook on your own in the kitchen. 4) He even made a bill for the breakfast which was included in our package (although we got it chalked off) 5) The cook/caretaker's unwelcome attitude did sour our trip a bit. 6) No Wi-Fi
