What a sweet farm Marcus and John have created! Lovely old home with lots of character and fun decor. Chickens roaming about gifted us with fresh eggs in the morning and great coffee. Room was spacious and had all the amenities. John and Marcus are engaging, fun and down to earth. I felt like I was visiting old friends. They are laid back and easy to talk to which made our stay even more enjoyable! Also convenient to much yet feels far away and peaceful. Highly recommend!

What an amazing stay we had at John and Marcus’ farmhouse! We couldn’t have asked for more gracious, warm, and personable hosts. We were first greeted by Wheezy, John & Marcus’ extremely affectionate cat, and of course the chickens and roosters :) The farmhouse is a beautiful space and our hosts made us feel right at home, allowing us use of their kitchen when needed for our food prep. Marcus served a delicious quiche in the mornings, and our conversation was always entertaining. We woke up to a sunrise from the Athens room. This is my second time staying at the farmhouse, and I’ll certainly be back!

Marcus and John are friendly and have a wonderful house they are sharing. The surroundings are very picturesque. Would have liked to be able to stay longer.
