We loved staying here! Great location close to lots of restaurants and close to Denver! The place was spotless and the hosts were super helpful in their messaging (with instructions and such). The ONLY bummer (and at no fault of the hosts, we never specifically asked prior to booking) was that we couldn’t control the temperature despite it being a “separate” space, and there were no ceiling fans. We like to sleep with it super duper cold, and unfortunately we couldn’t make it any cooler and we got stuffy overnight. We didn’t notice this exception to the “separate space” but it was clearly stated upon arrival. We don’t, however, think this makes it any less of a “great stay” which is why we still feel like it deserves 5 stars!

The suite is located in a lovely residential area just a 15 minute walk from Olde Town Arvada. We have parks just 2 blocks away that have jungle gyms, walking trails, splash pad, frisbee golf course, and so much more.
