Comfortable, CLEAN, safe, serene and newly remodeled duplex apartment w/private entrance in Easley - 18 mins to Greenville or Clemson. Stocked for cooking at home. Near hiking, climbing, kayaking, diving, fishing, restaurants, craft breweries, pubs, theatres, museums, hospitals, live music venues, shopping, universities, and churches. Come home to comfy robes and rooms designed for relaxation. Note: Easley has a train track downtown - a few blocks away. Self check-in available. Private, accessible, well-lit entrance with security camera and lockbox in fenced yard, full private kitchen with amenities for a longer stay, living room, small office, games, front porch and back patio, grill and grilling utensils, comfortable furniture and ample storage, free parking 20' from entrance. Central air/heat w/thermostat control, premium channels, wi-fi, office. Basketball, fire pit, grill, outdoor eating area. Hosts reside in other side of home. Laundry facilities are shared with host. All other indoor space is private. Entrance and rooms are wheelchair/walker accessible, but bathroom entrance door is 28" wide.

Another great stay. Always clean well stock with food, snacks and even homemade banana bread. .Shannon and David are very friendly and welcoming.
One of the most well equipped airbnbs we have ever stayed at! It had everything we needed and some things we didn't even realize we needed. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. This host definitely made good use of every in of the space which made it feel so big! The host was super friendly and made us feel so welcome.
We stayed over a weekend for a wedding and festivities in nearby Greenville. Shannon and David’s place is special beyond telling, a feast for every sense. It is as they are….lovely, warm, and gracious. We’re planning a trip back, with nothing else to do but enjoy this amazing place.
I absolutely loved my stay, I felt so comfortable and right and home. Shannon and David are wonderful host. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and they even provided some food and snacks. I would highly recommend this house I felt so safe and secure. I’ve already discussed staying again.
Shannon and David did an incredible job with this place. The decor was awesome. Shannon was very friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend .

Older neighborhood (our house was built in 1905) with a mix of residential and commercial properties. Lofty Fibers (yarn shop with looms and classes) is across the street. Huddle (burger joint) is on the corner. Farmacy local daily farmer's market) is around the corner. There is a spa three doors down. First Baptist is a block away and a hospital is a three-minute drive. There are many places to eat, drink, and shop within walking distance or a short bike ride/drive away.
Reminder: there are train tracks downtown. The train whistle can be heard at our house.
It is most convenient to have a car to get to Greenville, Clemson, Furman, or Anderson, but there is bus service to these nearby towns, ride share is available, and bikes are great for neighborhood rides. We are surrounded by major highways and interstates. If guests prearrange with us, we can pick up from the airport for less than rideshare. There are hiking trails nearby.

Shannon is a scenic designer for theatre, visual artist, & professor of Scene Design at Clemson University. David owns a cosmetic dental lab. He gardens and is a tinkerer (can fix anything). Tippy, Lassie, & Houdini are our bevy of pups w/plenty o’ personality. We love live music, theatre, travel, architecture, antiques, reading, cooking, museums & being in nature (when it isn’t 900 degrees). We endeavor to make guest experiences special.
