Karelin was very responsive and understanding. Only had a few problems ,the house was very dusty,there are ants,there was a moldy banana left on top of the fridge had to have been there for months . FYI to anyone who may book. After 10pm you can’t have people over that aren’t registered guest this was an issue because I’m from Cleveland originally but I moved out of state due to being in the military I came back for a funeral and my birthday so I had family I haven’t seen in years stop by the host sends you messages reminding you about your guest having to leave which I think is very dumb because if I paid to stay here why do I have to my guest leave at a certain time especially during the weekend and if we aren’t being loud and obnoxious to the neighbors. The neighborhood was fine I talked to a few neighbors who didn’t mind my extra guest as long as we weren’t a nuisance. The host decorated and bought me a cake for my birthday which was nice. Overall I’d rate this place 7/10

This place was more than we expected. It really made you feel welcomed. It was also quite bigger than we thought it was going to be. Karelin is a great host, messaged us to check in and the instructions were very clear and concise. We did have a little hiccup with the alarm system. Karelin responded quickly and made sure that my family and I were safe. I definitely recommend the house and the host.

We had a snag with the code to get into the door the first day, but Karelin sorted it out quickly. Clean 3 bedrooms upstairs with two full baths upstairs and a half bath down stairs. Huge TV in the living room with very basic cable. We signed into our home account for youtube tv and it worked nicely though (just have to remember to sign back out). The master bedroom is larger and the two other bedrooms are smaller, with no dresser or closet to put clothes, but very nice tv's mounted on the wall in every room. The location is excellent if you are going to an event in the city. It took us 8-12 minutes to get to events related to the NCAA Women's tournament regardless of time of day. We thought about taking the bus but Karelin pointed out how much ample parking is provided in the city of Cleveland. It was really easy to find reasonable parking ($3 for all day) even given the size of the events. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again.
