great location, checking in was super quick and easy. I was hoping for a bath in one of the bathrooms though considering one bathroom picture showed a bath and there wasn’t one when i arrived but that’s okay. it was still lovely

Baronnet Apartments were very responsive the apartment was clean and beds were amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay and being available to assists us where you could.

A terrible check-in and check-out experience. I had booked this property for my friends. They were made to wait for over 30 minutes beyond the normal check-in time despite I informing the hosts days in advance that I won’t be present. My mail had been acknowledged by them. To make matters worse, they insisted on a $200 security deposit from my friends — something that was not mentioned in the listing. On check out they refused to refund the security deposit saying that they would credit the amount later. This they did not do. When my friend contacted them, they said that they would be using the amount to clean some stains, etc. The hosts have since not acknowledged my complaint. I have activated Airbnb’s dispute resolution.
