This place was absolutely amazing! I was blown away by the peace and tranquility that we experienced from the moment we walked into the house. The house was comfy and cozy, the large dining room table was so inviting. We spent the entire weekend with our family in the house and made many amazing memories! From kayaking the lake to grilling burgers after the eclipse to making so many s'mores. Our kiddos made friends with the neighbor rentals and the connecting docs made it easy to watch our kids as they ran between rental properties. It was such a relaxing place to take a minute and enjoy our family time. Such a great little getaway and a little slice of heaven.

Luke was a great host and was always available to answer my questions. The house was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the firepit and the lake very much. If we return to the area, we would definitley rent again!

Luke & Desiree’s place was picture perfect. My family and I came to Hot Springs for the Arkansas Derby and we wanted to stay a little bit outside of town and on the lake because we’re a family of fishermen. This location was perfect, all while still being an easy drive in to town. If I could pick this house up and put it on our hometown lake, I would. Coffee was well stocked for our family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the porch. My husband is convinced we need the shower head that is in the master bedroom now! Lastly, all beds were comfortable and we especially appreciated the memory foam mattress and firmness. We will most definitely be back to Royal and Luke and Desiree’s place!
