The place and location was beautiful,The play ground was a hit. We ran into some problems with the place which put a big damper on the trip. The first night it was raining, and we could not get the fireplace to work. It did get fixed the next day by maintenance while we were out. When we came back we showered and used the jacuzzi. I got a message from the host that house keeping would be coming to use the laundry below our cabin because they were cleaning the cabin next door. We were a bit annoyed that we had people walking through. I went in after house keeping and set the dishwasher to start,The dishwashing tray literally wants to fall out of the machine. When I realized the dishwasher was not working I went to wash dishes by hand and we had no water. We could not wash dishes, flush toilets etc! By then it was 8pm and my kids were asleep. We were offered the other cabin but it was late. We got up and left early the next morning because there was no water. We got refunded one night.

Laurel was an extremely accommodating host! Communicated the entire time. The property was beautiful, perfect. It could not get any better. A must for couples or a family getaway.
