We loved Giovanni’s place! ❤️😊 We will definitely come back as we were sad we didn’t have time to stay longer here! It was very comfortable, with such a beautiful view!

This place is nothing short of magical. Nestled in a vintage building, this apartment has everything you need… modern and ample with plenty of amenities. The place is as picturesque as Venice itself and we were made to feel extremely welcome by our host. He communicated constantly and proactively and helped us get the day pass for Venice to ensure we had no problems at the time of arrival… talk about a 5 star service. He recommended several places to eat, all scrumptious and within walking distance. If you are arriving via train, do not take the taxi, just download Google maps and walk to the apartment. Beautiful location with several incredible restaurants nearby.

Lovely apartment in a great spot - far enough away from throngs of tourists but with great cafes, bars, restaurants at your doorstep. Easy to get to from the airport via vaporetto and short walk. Bed upstairs quite firm but fold out quite comfy. Beautiful views out of the windows, and a generally lovely vibe to the apartment.

Giovanni was a great host. Place was exactly as described and perfect for exploring Venice. Everything was within 15 minute walk. But also slightly away from the city center which made it great for our family. We had a slight issue with the Internet, and Giovanni immediately sought to fix it to make it up to us he bought us a bunch of groceries which we begged him not to but in the end we ended up using them and be greatly appreciated. The only thing I would say was that being it was late April the temperature was a little cold and rainy in Venice and the apartment was a little bit cold. We were able to deal with it using lots of blankets at night, but if you are the type of person who runs cold you should plan for it , that said, I get the impression that folks generally are judicious with heat in venice, so I really didn’t mind. I would definitely stay with Giovanni again. He was great and gave us a bunch of local places to check out which we definitely did.
