Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. Very suited to active couples or families. It is quite unique that we are situated on the footpath into Dorking and on many cycle paths. You can hike up to Ranmore Common or over to Denbie’s Wine Estate. Or ride to Leith Hill or Box Hill. There are numerous choices. Stop for delicious food at local pubs a 20-25 min walk away in Dorking or even at our local in Westcott. Our annex is separate but next to our property. The annex has two bedrooms, an additional room with a large table and chairs to sit at. A kettle, microwave and small fridge. There is cupboard space in both bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a pull out bed which turns the bed into a double bed or one up one down. The shower is provided by electrically heated water and there are electric heaters in each room. Between the annex and our house is a courtyard that’s available for your use. In the summer we have a small outside table to eat at or benches and a fire pit to toast marshmallows on in the winter. On rainy days there is a tropical conservatory to snuggle in and get stuck into a book. Families- we have a toys, high chair and cot available if needed.
