Enjoyed the stay very much. The location is excellent - 1 min walk to the beach. Walking distance to a bus station and a railway station in case you want to explore the area w/o a car. Restaurants and bars are all around, Spar and local grocery stores also at a walking distance. The place was Very quiet inside despite being very close to activities, isolation from the street is very good. It was very clean, almost brand new, with everything that might be needed for a long or a short stay. Comfortable even for work, which I did remotely for a couple of days. Very good AC, and broadband internet. Denis was very friendly and responsive, and was very kind to meet me in person very late upon my arrival to show the place and check me in. I’d be glad to come back next time I’m in Juan-les-pins!
