L’appartement de Frédéric est fidèle aux photos: lumineux, spacieux et bien agencé. La terrasse est un énorme bonus et l’environnement calme est très appréciable. Sans mentionner la gentillesse et disponibilité de Frédéric! Merci beaucoup, c’est une adresse que nous garderons ☺️

Logement tout confort; très agréable dans un bel environnement. Cependant comme indiqué à Frédéric avant mon arrivée, j'ai découvert que le prix ne comportait pas le linge, draps et seviettes et pour 1 nuit nous avons été obligés de payer un surplus de 50€. Alors que si cela avait été indiqué clairement dans l'annonce je me serais organisée ou aurait cherché un autre logement. Attention le ménage est aussi en sus.

Frédéric's place was very nice and comfortable. However for us our stay didn't start off well with the booking process. I didn't realise that necessities weren't included (which was my fault) - I only realised when Frédéric messaged to stay sheets and towels were an additional rental fee. But what really upset me was to find out that cleaning was an additional 90€ or alternatively we had to clean the apartment ourselves before leaving. I wasn't prepared to pay the additional money as nothing about cleaning was mentioned in the property listing, but it was stressful having to clean right before dropping off our hire car and making our international flight. Given that I would not have booked Frédéric's place if the expectations about cleaning were clearly started in the property listing. Frédéric is very nice and helpful. The property if you have a car is a great location, very spacious and comfortable. If it wasn't for the extra surprise fees it would have been fantastic.

We stayed three nights with our toddler. The flat is very spacious, well equipped, we felt really comfortable! Frederic is a great host, super friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is very quiet, having a vehicle is helpful because there are no shops closeby (but they are not too far away either). The pool looks awesome, even though we didn't try it! Highly recommended!
