Great place, convenient to UW. Plenty of room and upkeep wasnt bad at all with a huge tv in the main room. Weird smell in a couple rooms when we first got there but everything else was great and the host even left coupons for pizza magneted to the fridge.

Positive first, the linens smelled clean and there has been a lot of work done to make this cozy little basement welcoming. That being said, the pictures were not accurate for what the rooms contained. There was only one room with one double bed and two rooms with two double beds each, so lots of sharing. Plenty of space for the beds though, just not much private space. The kitchen window was left open by the owners but we were not told so we didn't know why it was so cold until the morning when we found it open. Needless to say, it was pretty chilly and there were not enough blankets and no heater. Thankfully we brought some. They may have been willing to bring more to us but it was too late to ask when we arrived. The main large burner on the stove don't work and there were definitely lots of little spiders around. Overall, it is ok for a quick stay, but not accurate and then no refund available once we made the purchase so we stuck with it. It really wasn't to bad, just average.
