The place is solid, has everything you need and I slept well in the beds. Get this bnb to experience the Host Abhi above all else. The man is a saint, drove us around to shops and restaurants providing a wealth of essential advice. The sprinkle on top is his engaging small talk, he will tell you so much about the local history and day-to-day life it's worth it. (if you're Aussie, he'll ring his kids that live in Australia and it's adorable) There are some ants but overall, I received no mosquito bites and had no problems with bugs. I strongly recommend this stay if you want to experience a welcoming Indo-Fijian neighbourhood or if this is your first time in Nadi. If you arrive at the airport, take the 45 min walk down to the property if you're game enough.

You get what you pay for. Pros: Abhi was very responsive and accomodating - he allowed us to check in early and drop off our luggage. The location is convenient and close to the airport. We had trouble finding the property and Abhi was gracious enough to go out of his way to come in person and guide us to the property. Cons: The property has AC in the living room only and the bedroom had table fans. It was very hot out and we left the AC running the whole day, yet it didn't cool the house. The place could use some cleaning, especially the bathroom. We saw used soap bars on the floor and used razors in the cabinet. We also saw some roaches around the house. We are used to having blankets on the bed and there were none. The few in the closet smelled musty, so we ended up not using them.
