Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Just a short walk to all of Salcombes beautiful sandy beaches. Salcombe is well known for its excellent beaches , sailing and watersports . Our room also has private ensuite, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , sink for breakfast /tea prep etc Our holiday let has easy access private free parking on driveway with plenty of room for a boat and trailer and seperate access to accommodation, with patio area and barbecue for our guests use. Our place has its own separate access to it. It consists of a large bedroom with double bed and sitting area and kitchenette area with sink for washing up , kettle, toaster,microwave, fridge with freezer compartment , all cutlery and crockery and work area so simple meals / packed lunches can be prepared and an ensuite shower room off of the bedroom. The bedroom looks over the patio and garden and guests have access to garden and their own private patio area , with table and chairs and seating which is lovely and sunny . The garden overlooks farmland and guests are very welcome to enjoy. Guests are also welcometo use the rotary area to dry off towels costumes etc.

What a beautiful stay and superb accommodation!! Laura the host was excellent from the moment I booked to throughout our stay. Quick responses, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Laura even asked what our milk preference was before we arrived!. Nothing was too much trouble and she offered good recommendations for the local area. I cannot fault this accommodation at all. Laura is a lovely lady and her accommodation was simply stunning!Very clean and immaculate and everything there you may need throughout your stay. She had thought of everything! The location was lovely and quiet but local to town and beaches. In fact we wished we had booked longer!! Highly recommend this little gem nestled in lovely Salcombe. We hope to return one day in the future.

Have just returned from a week away in Salcombe and Laura’s place was perfect! We have had the best week, the place is small but everything is in the right place, very comfortable bed and Laura kindly asked us what milk we prefer and provided it upon our arrival. Beautiful views over the rolling hills. Thank you for a lovely time away!

We are situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac . Our Guest room has seperate access so guests are free to come and go as they please. There is a bus service at top of road just 5 min walk away to take you into salcombe, kingsbridge or further a field . There is a 10 min walk into salcombe town centre and East Portlemouth golden sandy beaches are accessed via a passenger ferry or there is a quiet lane walk to North Sands beach (this is the beach featured on our cover photo) again around 10 mins walk or 2 min drive . South Sands is around 20 min walk with the NT Overbecks and 2 waterfront hotels and passenger ferry that travels to and fro to salcombe. In the summer parking can be a real issue in salcombe but we are very lucky to have parking for 4 cars so if you have a boat with trailer you would be able to park that also.
Salcombe is a beautiful coastal town .
