This private room is ideal as a base for visiting Venice or for attending an event or conference for a few days. The city will offer you the possibilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner and here you can come back to relax in the external courtyard. You will be independent from the house on the first floor. The room has a private and independent entrance, bathroom with shower and washing machine available. The space consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and TV. The French door of the bedroom leads to the small external courtyard with table and chairs, sink and relaxation area.

Camera molto accogliente e pulita. Host sempre disponibili e reattivi nel rispondere. Zona ottima e vicino alla stazione, quindi comodissima da raggiungere anche con i bagagli. Lo consiglieremo ad amici e conoscenti!

Excellente adresse pour visiter Venise ! À quelques minutes à pied des restaurants. Possibilité de prendre le vaporetto à 10 minutes à pied. Le logement est en retrait de rue donc très paisible. Le bonus la cour accessible depuis la chambre et réservée à la chambre

Sara’s place was a great experience in Venice. Everything was clear and beautifully furnished. The electrical system in the house was innovative and the check-in/out was very easy for us. The courtyard was beautiful and the host provides all the necessary stuff the guests may need. Sara is very responsive and she turned on the heating when I asked her. The location is walkable and about 20 mins to Rialto bridge. I can highly recommend this place.

Perfect spot in Venice! A 10 minute easy walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby but also easy to walk into the rest of Venice. Comfortable bed and very clean. Street was quiet and safe. Highly recommend this stay!

This neighborhood is beautiful, I was born and raised there and I find it particularly peaceful, away from the major tourist flows, and at the same time convenient because it is close to the railway, garages and waterbuses. In a few minutes you can reach Campo Santa Margherita, the Zattere and the Frari. Around the house you can find bakeries, pastry shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and everything you need.

Sono Sara, nata e cresciuta a Venezia, mamma di tre bambini e amante della mia città. Ora vivo a Cortina d’Ampezzo, sulle Dolomiti e cresco i miei bambini in mezzo alla natura, ma appena possibile torno nella mia città natale dove i miei bambini amano camminare ed esplorare quella che per loro è una “città magica” e dove ritrovano le loro radici visitando la nonna. Ogni anno passiamo una parte delle nostre vacanze al Lido, il luogo perfetto per una vacanza tranquilla, con spiagge di fine sabbia dorata, il mare a due passi, i Giardini di Venezia dove prendere un po’ di fresco e giocare con i cugini e gli amici. Amo viaggiare, leggere e svolgere attività all'aria aperta. Insieme a mio marito Matteo saremo davvero felici di farvi sentire come a casa vostra e darvi tutte le informazioni e i consigli per una visita speciale di questa città unica al mondo.
