A memory foam fold-away is available upon request, for a third person. There is a private attached bathroom with a built-in vanity area and adjustable chair. Just outside the room is a shared tv/sitting room with a coffee bar, microwave and mini fridge. Private French doors lead to a New Orleans styled balcony with a porch swing and two bistro sets. The balcony over-looks a lit courtyard, with a fountain and additional outdoor seating. To your right is the fish-stocked pond, surrounded by cypress trees, with its solar lit peer. Downstairs is the living, kitchen, and dining areas with another coffee bar, mini fridge and island where the welcome refreshments and breakfast/brunch is served daily. A half bath and laundry room is available for your use. To the back of the house, there is a covered, lit patio which is furnished with an outdoor dining set and living room set. Feel free to pop popcorn, tell ghost stories and/or make s’mores at the fire-pit area. There is a chicken coop which supplies our eggs for each morning, plenty of open space for outdoor games, and activities. The newly renovated dock over looks the coulee and is perfect for lying out in the sun, or having a picnic. Please inquire about fishing, as it requires a permit, and additional supplies. Finally, there is ample FREE parking.
