Great weekend getaway. The house was perfect. Modern, private, spacious with 4 separate bedrooms, amazing views, and fully equipped kitchen - they didn’t miss a thing! Dog friendly was the icing on the cake. Would stay here again. Thanks Anna And The Upstate Place.

What a beautiful house in a peaceful and serene setting. The big windows facing the lake welcomed such an amazing view to walk out to every morning. The house is beautifully appointed and we used all the amenities (ping pong, hot tub, kayaks, yoga room) which made for both an active and relaxing stay. The town of Livingston Manor is a short drive (7 mins) from the house and really cute. Would love to come back sometime!!

The house was beautiful and so peaceful being on the pond. Great hikes nearby and good restaurants in town. The house had everything we could ever need.

Nice, super clean place, my son’s teens 19 and 15 were happy. ‘My dog can run and jumping to the lake, big home with many amenities, the kitchen fully equipped, beautiful surroundings, many towels, sheets super clean, the supermarket just 6 minutes away, many activities around, my husband cook the grill, working excellent. The fireplace really nice. We are looking dares for back soon for this summer. Of course I recommended this place.

Amazing stay. Simply amazing. Everything works (check-in is simple, WiFi is fast, appliances are great, hot tub and fireplace are ready to roll, showers are hot and stocked); the furniture is both beautiful, functional, and of high quality; the house is gorgeous and clean; the hosts give you every piece of instruction you might need and are always at the ready should you need them. It is one of those experiences where your group (we were 8) continually notes that it would be lovely to come back in each of the seasons of the year. One of the very few Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in that have literally 0 cons.
