The hotel had a hard time locating our reservation, but things were fine once they did. We enjoyed the pool and the room was nice. We went to Disney Springs for the drone show and upon returning to our room there was a distinct smell of weed coming from the a/c vents. Our room was not in the main tower, but one of the side buildings, so we had to walk in the dark to an outside door, which was uncomfortable. We tried multiple times to reach the front desk using the in-room phone and our cell phones to report the smell and smoke in our room, but no one ever answered. I messaged the host at 11:30 pm through the Air B&B app but never received a response from her. I was hoping she had another way of contacting the front desk without us having to go back out through the outdoor areas at midnight. It was a very uncomfortable night and as soon as the sun was up, we got dressed and checked out. Our host finally messaged us 13 1/2 hours later, and said some things are beyond her control!
