This prime location gives you walkable access to all the shops and restaurants on Carolina Ave and 5th Street, Coker University Campus, and you are just minutes away from Sonoco. This spacious apt offers a dining area, full kitchen, and queen size bed in the bedroom. This 2nd floor apartment is accessed via the private stairs beside the Hoof and Hound. The 1-bedroom apartment features a white linen queen bed in the bedroom with dresser and closet for storage. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, microwave, and Keurig. The dining area has a table with seating for four, located next to windows overlooking Carolina Ave. The living room area has a sofa and sitting chair, 32" TV, and an extendable working-desk coffee table. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family located in the heart of Hartsville. It has everything you need.
The Air B&B in Hartsville was in a perfect downtown location within an easy walk to Crema coffee shop, Griggs Bakery, library, and several nice restaurants. Also walking distance to The Governor's School and Coker College. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. All linens were pristine and the bed and pilows were high quality. Parking is just outside the unit in a free town lot.
We had a great stayin Hartsville! Convenient and great location to get to all restaurants and shops! The condo/apt was clean, comfortable and cozy! Bedroom and space was great!

The apartment is located right downtown in the center of Hartsville. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops, the Center Theater, and Coker University. Sonoco is also very close.
Free public parking is available in the lot right outside of the back door of the apartments entrance. There is also an EV charging station in the parking lot, although the current status of the station cannot be guaranteed.
