Krystallon Villas can be also rented together by large families or groups! Each villa offers amphitheatrical and unobstructed views of the Libyan Sea, Paleochora, and the mountains and they are just 1.2 km away from the lively centre of Paleochora, with its numerous tavernas, cafes and bars, which you can easily reach on foot or by bike. Indoors Ground Floor Entering on the ground floor of Villa Krystallon East you are welcomed by a bright open plan space, featuring the living room and kitchen.The living area enjoys large openings directly to the pool terrace thanks to its large sliding doors, and offers wonderful sea views, as well as a comfy corner sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by beautifully crafted wooden furniture and a breakfast island counter, allowing you to prepare your homemade meals at ease and make the most out of your self-catered holiday. Finally, a bathroom with shower cabin, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and iron facilities can also be found on this level. First Floor Ascending the internal staircase, guests will find 2 of the bedrooms of Villa Krystallon East. More specifically: - Master bedroom with a 1,80 x 2,00 bed, private balcony equipped with a seating area, ideal to sit and take in the stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with stone washbasin and shower cabin. - A bedroom with a 1,80 x 2,00 bed (that can also be set up as two single beds upon request) and a private balcony offering superb sea vistas. - A family bathroom featuring a shower cabin. Attic A few steps above, a cute attic with an amazing triangular window overlooking the pool and look out to the sea, offers an additional 1,60 x 2,00 bed, a cosy corner where you can just kick back and relax and forget everything else. All bedrooms boast quality COCOMAT mattresses, 32’’ smart TVs, open closets and individually controlled A/C. All linens, bathrobes and towels provided are also by COCOMAT. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Krystallon East enjoys amazing sea views, covers 490 m2 and offers the following facilities: - A private, 32 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep with ladder access. The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 1 chaise longue, 2 bean bag chairs and a poolside shower for your comfort.
