We booked this apartment for a business trip at the O2. Unfortunately just before the arrival date the host messaged to arrange for our colleagues to use another apartment. The apartment itself was beautifully kept, very clean and no clutter with lovely views of the O2, however there were no curtains meaning they didn't get much sleep for the duration of their stay. They also didn't have a key-fob to get into the building meaning they had to wait to be let in a few times.

The apartment was incredible beautiful with a lovely view. Clean and spacious. The customer service was of a high standard and I was extremely pleased with how I was treated. I would surely be recommending to friends and family.
