Check out @sastays on insta. A premium property, architecturally designed to accommodate multiple groups of friends & families. Finished Nov 23 with a luxury fit-out, it features a fully equipped entertainers’ kitchen (with butlers), dual upstairs master's king with ensuite & sweeping views. Downstairs, are two further king beds, a bunk room, two bathrooms & second living. The beach directly in front of the property is one of the few spots where cars cannot drive, rendering it ultra-safe. We love travelling with friends and family, but so often found ourselves tripping over each other, fighting for a spot on the couch, and spending restless nights on old mattress, wishing you’d brought your pillow from home. This property has been purposed designed to rectify all these pet peeves. An ultra-spacious entertainer’s property (all bedrooms over 14.5m2), with a large open plan upstairs living room where you can mingle whilst preparing food, enjoy Netflix or soak up stunning views from the either of the ~70m front and rear decks. The second, downstairs living room opens onto a generous lawn area. It’s suitably isolated for older kids, and features plenty of games to keep them entertained. The property includes televisions in each bed and living area, an air conditioned gym, table tennis, foosball, kayaks, PS5, etc. Extremely child-friendly, with inbuilt, removable child gates top and bottom of all stairs, and a fully fenced rear yard.

Where to begin…? What an amazing property! The perfect place to relax and celebrate my birthday with extended family. Immaculately clean, beautifully presented with unbroken views of the sea from the front balcony and gorgeous views of the mountains from the rear balcony. The hosts were incredible! A small glitch with our code on check in was rectified immediately. The rest of our stay ran smoothly and everyone had the best time. Can’t thank SA Stays enough.

A stunning residence perfect for our extended family getaway, with guests ranging from age 1 -80! Everything you could need for a memorable, enjoyable and comfortable getaway. The house has been beautifully presented and outfitted and all rooms are very large and spacious.

We had a wonderful 6 nights at Aldinga with family in this superb property to celebrate my 70th birthday. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable, lovely views. Traffic on the Esplanade was a little busy at times but the stunning sunsets made up for it. The grandkids loved the beach and the adults enjoyed the front and back decks for dining and relaxing. The sound system was great, the beds extremely comfortable. The hosts very responsive to any questions. Thank you for making my birthday extra special ❤️

Our recent stay at SA Stays’ Aldinga House was incredible. We are a small, ex-Adelaide (now US-based) family, who were looking for a high-end, private, uniquely South Australian place to spend a few nights with a contingent of local family, and we found SA Stays’ Aldinga House to be the ideal destination. Our expectations were very high, and this property and our hosts delivered in every way, and more. Our stay will long be remembered as a very special time for our family - the gorgeous, spacious house itself, the incorporated amenities and services, the walkable beach-side location, and plentiful nearby dining and cultural locations all made for a unique and extremely memorable stay. In addition, our hosts’ readiness and availability to respond to our questions meant we felt very well taken care of throughout. Thank you, and we can’t wait to return!

Absolute esplanade property on the amazing Fleurieu Peninsula. Meander down the beach immediately in front of the property (access approx 100m from the property) and grab a coffee or wine from Pearl (Nth) or Aldinga Surf Lifesaving club (Sth). Sneak up to the Victory Hotel and experience their epic cellar or visit one of the 80+ cellar doors scattered throughout McLaren Vale, all within approximately 31km of the front door.
