The house is in a great location to downtown Boone. We did have some issues getting the heat going in the primary bedroom. John didn’t respond the evening I reached out so I did end up sleeping in cold conditions, however, he promptly returned my text the next morning and even offered to stop by while we were out to fix it- he even left a space heater in case it was needed! The second night was much more comfortable conditions. Overall the house is great, however, there are a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, no sheets were on the beds and the fans were dusty. The beds are not comfortable and could use a refresh in linens. There is also no window covering in the primary bathroom and no shower door which can be alarming during the night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the house is cute and close to what was needed. John was also responsive and made sure we had heat!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home! It was a wonderful weekend a beautiful home, and very close to everything we wanted to do. Our family really enjoyed it. Our host was quick to answer any question we had. Very enjoyable!
