I loved my stay at Mia’s flat! She welcomed me with kindness and grace. She was a delightful host. Her home was cozy and creative. The location was convenient for access to the train. I slept well and enjoyed my time there.

Mia è stata molto gentile e reattiva nei messaggi su Airbnb. Appartamento piccolo, dotato di cucina, bagno, salottino e stanza, nella media per le dimensioni degli alloggi a New York. Sebbene la pulizia della casa fosse accettabile la zona dell'ingresso del palazzo e delle scale era molto sporca e con cattivo odore, ma fortunatamente all'interno della casa tutto era profumato. Appartamento a 2 passi dalla metropolitana linea J/Z/M, che permette di raggiungere a qualsiasi ora Midtown in circa 15/20 minuti. Biancheria e asciugamani puliti, con possibilità di cambio su richiesta.

I've stayed at Mia's place for almost a month, and I truly enjoyed my stay. She always kept the place clean and smelling good too! Domino park is just a 10-15min walk away, and it takes 20mins to reach Manhattan. Location is really great, plus Mia is so helpful with everything. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again, if I ever find myself in need of a place to stay in the city. Light sleepers should take caution of the train though, personally I didn't mind and was able to sleep through the night throughout the duration of my stay.

Very cute and comfortable place! Mia is a great host and very friendly and communicative. Love the location, everything you need around you and very convenient. Highly recommend! Shower also has really great water pressure which is rare in NY. :-)

This is a great place if you are ok w small, very warm, and noisy due to predictable traffic. Convenient location and friendly responsive host.
