Like i said this place was a dream the view's were stunning better than the pictures and the little treats left we enjoyed. Its very central we walked to most places we went. You do need to provide few items for cleaning like bleach floor cleaner disinfectant spray etc so we can clean properly.. as these items arnt included this is the reason why other guests didnt clean as well apartment got dusty fast the dining table was sticky and there was plastic cups underneath one the beds.. these small things however did not take away from the experience.. there is a sewage smell from main bathroom that comes and goes but that is not the apartment fault you get that smell around spain in different parts maybe a timed airfresher spray might work better than them beads in a jar. Overall best experience best price and would 1000 percent come back

Nice place. Really good views. The company that manage the place not god We had 1 dish bowl for a family of . Rang them to kindly ask for more. I Was told I need to take a picture of the 1 bowl which seemed ridiculous, but I did it anyway and sent it over to them and just get ignored. Don’t expect a good response if you have a issue

Really great location, 17 floors up and was very quiet, fast lifts. Beautiful sea view. Apartment was very modern and spacious, 3 couples shared and we had plenty of room, all you could ask for really. location was fantastic as was very quiet at night but a couple of streets away was the hustle and bustle of the night life if you wanted it. Mornings we headed down to the Stag and Pheasant for a full English, just a few hundred yards from the apartment. would definitely stay again when back in Benidorm.
