Great hosts with a beautiful home. We had a few questions while we were there and responses came immediately. Easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. Home was exactly how pictured. We went to have a relaxing long weekend and this checked all the boxes. Will be staying again.

Excellent home! Beautiful location in a private neighborhood with amenities. You have a great host that communicates well and promptly. If you are exploring the Outer Banks this home is well centralized in Manteo offering the opportunity to explore the north and south of the OBX. You can see a beautiful sunrise from the back porch while enjoying the water views of the sound. The neighborhood has a well maintained wraparound pier-dock that you can walk at the end of the day to view the sunset. There is a great golf course in Nags Head about 10 min from the home. If you like local coffee shops, there is a good one in Manteo downtown called Charis. Overall, I think you’ll enjoy this home and location as much as we did. We are looking forward to coming back. Great location for our group of 8. Plenty of space, and clean. The neighborhood was great with a fitness center, playground and large roads for the kids to ride bikes/walk/etc.

We had an unexpected change of plans due to bad weather on our trip to the OBX for a race event, and were incredibly fortunate to find this Airbnb. The house was perfect for our family - beautiful, in a great location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Daniel was excellent with communication, making our stay even more comfortable. We're truly grateful and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and delightful stay!

Loved the hot tub! We did get locked out because the door code on the front door didn’t wanna work but the host responded within 10 minutes. Always fast to communicate. When we arrived the door downstairs was unlocked and the door in the upper main bedroom was cracked open. Loved that there was a guard shack and a playground for the littles. Near the beach so that’s amazing. Dishes was dirty and put in the cabinet I took them out and washed them. They provided a lot of towels!
