Our week here was terrific! Super easy walk to the beach, pool was heated, which was nice, and we used the jacuzzi frequently. Loved having a fenced-in yard for our littles to run around in and for playing cornhole, etc. Missed not being able to see the beach, but the house was perfect for us in every other way. The rental company was very easy to communicate with via text and email; and always responded to texts within minutes. We highly recommend!

The house, location, and amenities were great. Love the pool and hot tub, but the deck could use a little tlc.

Housekeeping was onsite at the beyond the time of check in. The following are the issues we have found: * There were chip and plastic wrapper crumbs on the living room floor when we arrived. We vacuumed the main area when we arrived, and there are still crumbs on many surfaces, such as the shelving at the top of the steps, on the couch, and under the couch. * There is a broken down baby crib and mattress in the kitchen leaning against the windows. Tripping hazard for my elderly mother in law. * There are two large bags of dirty linens on the front porch. * There is a half-empty bottle of wine in one of the bedrooms. * The grass is very high and needs to be mowed so that we can use the yard. * Four pillows in the house do not have pillowcases. This is not a major issue, but it is an inconvenience. * The frame of a picture in the upstairs bathroom is broken or cracked. * There are no cutting knives in the knife block. Only steak knives are present. This is a problem for when we cook. *

A very nice property in a great location. Enjoyed both the backyard pool and short walk to the nice useable beach. Many close restaurants and other family activities. Would stay again myself and recommend to others.
