Nice place. Only thing is the neighbors dogs in the back that barked, you couldn’t use the fire or hang out peacefully while they were there, but they weren’t there at night. The other neighbors are the cleaners so we could get physical help at a moment’s notice. Got the airbnb for the tub which had no plug, but luckily the plugs we got for 3$ fit fine. You’re welcome to future tenants.

Great location, close to dining, national forests, loved the front porch and outdoor fire pit. APS had an outage and Ana kept us informed of updates. We love Payson so will be back soon!

Such a lovely home in a culdesac that was the perfect location. So close to everything but still feels peaceful. Home was clean and inviting and just the perfect place for our stay. Would definitely recommend
