Michelle is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The accommodation was in prestine condition and in a peaceful spot. Highly recommend visiting the beautiful Coromandel and staying at this lovely place.

Michelle is very responsive. Her Black Barn is spacious and is in a great location in Coromandel with peaceful surrounding and walking distance to town. Michelle gave us some advice re local walks. We like the area very much. Thank you for having us!

We stayed 6 nights. It is very clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. The accomodation matched the description and the shower was especially good. Michelle, Paul and Ruru were very welcoming, considerate, helpful and generous. We really enjoyed their company and our stay. We did quite a few of the local walks, explored Coromandel and the Peninsula. We prepared our own breakfasts and lunches and ate out each night in Coromandel. We highly recommend this stay, especially if you wish to relax, recharge your batteries and get some sunshine and fresh air.

Michelle’s place was very relaxing. It was quiet, great views to see every time we were outside. it. Had all the basics. We got some tomato’s and watermelon-just picked. Wow! Don’t hesitate to stay here. You will love it!

We had a lovely stay in this quiet and well -equipped space. Loved the veggies we could pick & cook. Michelle was very helpful. Ruru the dog is great too!
